Your own online photo gallery
A photographer page with mobile-friendly galleries, covers and configurable presentation. Buyers choose a product, size and quantity directly beside a photo.
From photo shoot to organised orders
Bring galleries, customer orders and fulfilment preparation together instead of piecing a shoot together from spreadsheets, folders and messages. These are features available to photographers: exact access depends on your plan, role and settings. Compare the plan-dependent options on the Pricing page.

A photographer page with mobile-friendly galleries, covers and configurable presentation. Buyers choose a product, size and quantity directly beside a photo.
Configure a gallery password, email entry gate, viewing period and search exclusion. Watermarked previews are available; they do not provide complete copy protection.
Organise galleries by assignment or institution. Reviewed photo-group covers help buyers navigate within a gallery; groups are not individual access boundaries.
After separate owner activation and the required prior declarations, request automatic grouping suggestions. The photographer reviews and publishes the result. Manual selection and face-free time-based suggestions are also available.
Set up products, categories, prices and descriptions. Buyers can order several products from one photo and add a per-photo comment.
On Profi, reuse a proven product selection and prices as a template for new galleries, without rebuilding the complete offer after each shoot.
Configure coupons and per-gallery product-category discounts with restrictions and combination rules. Changing a setting does not change a previous order's recorded price.
Configure a minimum order value, quantity conditions and related purchase rules. Order deadlines are a Profi feature, with a separately configurable display.
On Profi, offer a digital bonus above a spending threshold. Configure whole-cart or per-gallery calculation, the eligible photos and an optional cart indicator with your own explanation.
Connect Barion, SimplePay or Stripe on Profi, or offer bank transfer and cash. Your payment and settlement relationship stays with your own provider, including its fees.
Use your own invoicing account on Profi. Profiles and payment-method document rules help create the appropriate document. Your business remains the issuer.
Use templates, your own text or external links for legal documents. Checkout handles the relevant information and declarations; you remain responsible for reviewing the legal content.
Searchable, filterable orders, detailed items and a printable view support daily work. Checking offline payments and fulfilling physical products remain the photographer's responsibility.
Eligible buyers receive a download link through the order fulfilment process, without a manually assembled file-sharing link for every digital order.
Export photos from selected orders and products as a production batch. Work with your own lab; Képesbolt does not print or ship on your behalf.
The withdrawal form and photographer overview help track requests, notes and states. This does not mean that bank refunds happen automatically.
Upload multiple photos and follow preview processing. Failed previews can be retried manually; gallery and storage limits depend on your plan.
Import and synchronise from your own Drive folder on Profi. Order folders and configurable folder organisation help prepare the files needed for production.
On an eligible plan, create a dedicated upload portal where buyers upload their own photos and order from your offer. This is separate from a photographer-uploaded gallery.
Review order-related messages and their sent content. On Profi, customise email templates, subjects and presentation. A sending result does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Handle consenting subscribers separately and connect them to a newsletter provider. Newsletter consent is not the same as providing an email address for an order.
Signed-in photographers can use an installable web app. Request notifications for new orders and completed or stopped gallery processing, with device settings and quiet hours. The operating system also controls how notifications appear.
Filter your gallery, order and product data, compare periods and download CSV files. The gross analytical amount is not net revenue or an accounting statement.
Daily or weekly summaries help review orders. Configure your report conditions and recipients; availability depends on plan and permissions.
Roles separate responsibilities within a photographer account. Staff can only use the screens and actions allowed to them; owner settings are not automatically available to everyone.
Owners can review their plan, subscription and storage use. Account and appearance settings adapt the photographer page and customer information to their own business.
Request support from the photographer area, or report a technical platform issue separately from a buyer gallery. Order, product and photograph questions remain with the selling photographer.
The photographer assistant works with your own account's data and supported actions. Internal changes require approval; the assistant cannot grant itself extra permissions.
Connect compatible AI assistants, such as appropriately configured ChatGPT or Claude. Client access and plan availability also matter. Authorised tools support galleries, orders and other supported data; not every screen feature is exposed through MCP.
Owners can create read-only or full-access API keys and set expiry. OAuth connections and keys can be revoked. Check an external AI client's approval rules too: write access can make actual changes.
Explore the demo gallery, cart and checkout without a real order.
Sign up and confirm your email to start a card-free 7-day Profi trial.
Set up your own products, prices, payment and invoicing connections, then check the buyer view.
Enable only the features and AI permissions you need. You arrange physical production and delivery.
No. Options including online payments, automatic invoicing and your own Drive connection require Profi. See Pricing for exact limits; staff access also depends on role.
Yes, when your client and account support a custom MCP connection and you grant the appropriate access. Képesbolt exposes supported, permission-checked tools, not every screen action.
No. Authentication, account role, read or write scope and tool-specific rules determine access. Grant only what a client needs; write access can make real changes.
No. The installable photographer web app is designed for signed-in online work. It does not promise offline access to the complete order or image database.
No. The photographer must review suggestions. Photo groups help navigation and are not individual child-specific access restrictions.
Explore a demo gallery or start configuring your own photographer account. You do not need to enable every feature at once.
