Technical issue reports from galleries
A discreet Report a platform issue link in gallery and website footers opens a short form without requiring an account or email address. It is exclusively for technical problems with Képesbolt; order, photography, shipping and refund enquiries still belong with the photographer. Reports do not automatically include full URLs, sign-in details, photos or cart contents. The report button in photographer accounts also has a more discreet appearance.

Selectable per-gallery bonus qualification
Bonus qualification can use the legacy whole-cart calculation or per-gallery eligibility. Whole-cart mode requires the cart amount to meet every active threshold. Per-gallery mode uses each gallery's own amount and a physical item from that gallery, so another gallery cannot block its bonus. Coupon deductions apply only to coupon-eligible items. The legacy mode remains the default; switching does not recalculate earlier orders, and the cart notice can be hidden separately.

Bonus progress in the cart
When a gallery bonus is available, the cart shows the amount remaining to qualify. Expandable Bonus details explain which photos the digital download covers and its conditions. The notice follows the selected whole-cart or per-gallery calculation mode. Per-gallery mode uses that gallery's own amount and a physical item ordered from it; one qualifying gallery does not qualify the others. Relevant thresholds are shown separately for multiple galleries. Optional custom notes can be added separately in Hungarian and English. The notice is on by default and can be hidden without changing bonus eligibility or prices. It is absent from carts without an applicable bonus.

Safe retries for failed previews
Failed protected previews can also be queued for retry through the internal assistant, for a gallery or selected photos. A preview of affected counts and skipped photos is followed by separate confirmation. Ready photos and photos already being processed are not restarted. Current processing status can be checked after queueing.

Product sales statistics
Product-level summaries show quantities ordered, distinct order counts and gross item amounts after coupons, with a separate paid breakdown. Filters cover the period, category, gallery and gallery group; daily, weekly or monthly charts, previous-period comparisons and CSV downloads support analysis. Test orders are excluded by default. The selected light or dark theme is retained when opening the Products tab and after applying filters. The same data can be requested from the internal assistant on plans that include statistics.

Current gallery status from the internal assistant
The internal assistant calculates gallery counts and status summaries from freshly retrieved data, including related follow-up questions. Responses identify any retrieval limitations without changing gallery statuses.

Clearly inactive settings
Fields belonging to a disabled feature are dimmed and cannot be edited. This makes category discounts, watermarks, visitor codes, processing options and lab export clearer. The switch and save action remain available; watermark and lab export details are retained when switched off.

More accurate quantity pricing when uploading
The upload gallery price preview includes cart items from other galleries when calculating quantity tiers. Product variations are counted separately, and photos already added are not counted twice. The final amount is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Category discounts for each gallery
Each gallery supports a 0–100% discount for product categories. Coupon combinations and the amount used for minimum order and bonus thresholds are independently configurable. The discount appears in the gallery and at checkout; it is off by default and does not change earlier orders.

The "Bank transfer received" button keeps showing feedback while the update is being processed, making the action easier to follow and helping avoid repeated clicks.

More flexible galleries and an easier start

Flexible cart rules with companion products
Product groups can specify eligible companion products or categories. One selected product or an item from a selected category is sufficient. A companion can be required only for an exception to the minimum quantity, or for every order.

Configurable deadline display
Order and viewing deadline displays support account defaults and gallery overrides. This changes the information shown; the actual deadlines and restrictions remain in force.

Browsing position is preserved
Closing an enlarged photo preserves the gallery browsing position, so customers can continue selecting photos where they left off.

Invoicing profiles can be selected per gallery, and new order folders can be organised by gallery group and gallery. Drive imports run in the background with a visible status, and short help texts explain the relevant settings.

An easy start with a card-free Pro trial
Registration and email confirmation start a 7-day Pro trial without a payment card. Without a separate subscription, the account returns to Free when the trial ends; the trial does not automatically become paid.

A paid invoice does not need another bank transfer
A separate notice on invoices already paid by card helps customers avoid making another bank transfer. The notice is enabled by default and can be controlled in invoicing settings.
